Joel helped us out with our old furnace and showed us what to do if it happened again and that got us by a few seasons and when we contacted him again this season with different issues he came right away and temporarily fixed it and as per our request to order a new furnace. While waiting for it to come in he kept in contact with us making sure we still had heat. Within a few days our new one arrived and he was here the morning after Christmas and installed the new furnace. Also updating us with a new thermostat. In the past he has also replaced a part on the old AC unit and it’s been working great for several years now. Highly recommend Joel for great, dependable friendly service with affordability. We have our HVAC go to company.

My house was for sale and to save money (Me being EL Cheapo) I kept my thermostat at 60 degrees during the winter months. I noticed a drip from the furnace exhaust. Another HVAC company recommended that I tuck pointed the chimney and put a cap on top. Still a drip. I called Jay’s Heating and without them coming out he told me to turn up the thermostat to 70 because the efficient furnace was causing condensation due to the extreme coldness outside. Boom! No more drips. Will definitely be using this company in the future.
